Nesmé Trinity Rae Carter was an average 15 year old girl, well until she turned 16, that is. She never thought much about her one turquoise eye and other violet eye, but after she gets accepted into a prestigious private high-school, which she didn't even apply for, she starts to notice that something isn't right and her life is no longer as normal as it seemed. She also meets a good-looking guy on the plane, when she moves to America, who also joins her at this mysterious school. They become very close to each other as they work together to figure out what they are good at and make friends with people that they never knew existed.
