"Enderman is our only way out of minecraft," Alex says creeping forward. "Enderman! Listen, we just want to talk, not to fight!" I say into the darkness that lays ahead of us. Alex continues explaining how we get out while I keep talking to the darkness. "I want in," Grayson says. We all stop moving and I look at Alex who is looking right back at me. "You can't drag me into helping get the pearls and ditch me," the sad thing is, we both knew he was right. What were we going to do?

"And I can't let that happen." - "Listen human," Dmitri said to me, and he was in front of me in a millisecond, hands gripping my shoulders, pinning my body against the balcony railing. His face was inches from mine. "This is not your place. I'd watch your mouth if I was you." I shoved him but he didn't budge. "You can't hurt me," I whispered. "You're a HUMAN!" He yelled in my face gritting his teeth. "How'd you even make it here?" I tried to take my hand away but he didn't allow me. "What do you want from me, Dmitri?" I asked. I was shocked at how confident yet quiet voice sounded. "What do I want?" He bellowed. "You're a human, vermin. This is the vampire world. I don't expect you have any need in this world. I WANT you to get out, stay away from this place, the castles, the people. Austin. Stay away from him." We run away from something I don't know. I just know that there is something that was pulling me through a deep unknown darkness. But he was there and now we are running away. I said those words and I couldn't stop myself not to feel the bitterness of the truth we are going to face. But still I hold her hand even though I know that it isn't right. We run and I save her. Yet, I don't know it was the beginning and I don't want to find out the ending. Still, the end is near and I cannot hold her even though my heart already belongs to her.
