Philadelphia is a battle zone when it comes to sports. Hazel Rose-Marie Hollis is a sixteen year old girl living in Philadelphia with a secret obsession for the Pittsburgh Penguins. Living mainly with her uncle, the coach of the league-leading Philadelphia Wolves, she has learned the ropes of ice hockey and helps out her uncle. Hazel's life is rough as it is with bully and hockey 'superstar,' Alexander Bell, constantly teasing her for her obsession with the team, and parents who could care less about her wellness. Damien Hawthorne, a new, yet extremely skilled hockey player, has transferred from Toronto to Philly and joins the Wolves. The two peak each other's interest, but how will they react when they learn about which NHL team they love and Alexander on the loose?
