She always wore a smile. Even though she's struggling with depression, she still smiled despite the problems she experienced. She covered her problems with a smile so no one will know her pain.
She was cheerful and happy for a short while during her younger days, she was happy and carefree, but it only lasted for a short period of time (when she was younger) but then she became depressed and unhappy. Now that she's older, things are getting colder.
