I'm going to incorporate pictures (lots of them probably) into this book because what's Alice in wonderland without the vivid picture perfect fantasy setting
The characters personalities are also very different in this book but you'll be able to tell who is who (mostly because of their names ≧ω≦)

They end up trading their Brother away, their Father unable to do anything about the matter since the 'dude', Isn't really a dude. *oh nooooo!!1!* what happens next is a bit unexpected. (Not really.) Only read if you can stand chapters as short as Frank and Wait times between chapters as long as Mikey's legs. Seven part short story. Oh, and The son has to dress like a girl.Complete
