The Vampire and the Necromancer :An Out of Sequence Love Story (sample)
Ivan was born with necromancy abilities. When he transfers to a new middle school he immediately meets Noah, a fellow biracial classmate, and falls in love with his quirky twin, Nova (because necromancers love so deeply of course). Nova until her senior year of high school is an overachiever and violinists (Orch-Dork). She becomes angry at her best friend Ivan, because she too has loved him since they met, and there is a misunderstanding when Ivan resurrects Nova's nemesis Ko (Mariko). Nova thinks he snuck into her room to kiss her, so she decides to go to a party, her first high school party, which happens to be a neophyte party to make new vampires. Nova is turned into a vampire as a joke by a classmate because she is vegan, and he thought it would be funny to make a vegan into a carnivore. After Nova is transformed, she has to learn to accept her life, as it is now (infertility, not growing old, intense cravings, and gaining acceptance from those she loves, and new acquaintances, and of course herself. Story follows characters from 7th Grade through their freshman year of college. Chapters are out of sequence, which I think makes this work fun and unique.Complete

the title is long, I know, but the story itself is a short little ball of fluff because I love fluff. (there's also mature stuff being talked about but it's mostly just fluff. I don't write smut. at least not anymore-- I'm talking to you, 13-year-old me. put down that pen! You little pervert!) this is a story about communication, mental health, maturity, sex (education, kinda) and a cute couple (IMO). it won't be long and it won't have as many characters as my other stories but it will be the most vulnerable piece of writing I'll ever share with a bunch of strangers online. And it's supposed to be in the YA or NA genre but since it doesn't exist in the available categories, I've tagged it as Teen fiction. now, without further ado, I give you: SACA(M)ALLR! -- You get to meet Viz, a girl with a bunch of undiagnosed disorders and self-esteem issues. When Kazuichi finally gets a date with Sonia, he begins worrying if he'd be a bad kisser, so of course he goes to an acquaintance of his for help practicing. Surprisingly, that acquaintance of his ends up becoming far more than a mere acquaintance. And so, Kazuichi and Fuyuhiko slowly fall out of love with Sonia and Peko, and instead begin falling in love with each other ~ the title and cover make it look like some coming of age story about a girl and her best friend but it's the only title i could think of and only aesthetic picture that looked like their hair colors so anyways- ~ background ships : Hajime x Nagito, Hajime x Chiaki (bc yes or king is poly in this), Sonia x Gundam, Mahiru x Hiyoko (but they're exes because i ship Mahiru with Satou but shes not a mc) ~ I have no clue if this is fluff, angst, or smut, i mean it gets a it spicy and a tad sad in some places but idk the overall thing, just read it, it's gayComplete
