My name is Ruby Lilla Carter. I was taken eleven years ago by my sister's stalker.
And now I'm back, and nothing will be the same.
Ever again.
It all started in 2005. I was only ten; it can't have been my fault, can it...?
I was just doing what normal kids do. Flying kites and running around, playing games and going to Youth Club.
But the kite, that was Nikolai's sign. The kite that belonged to Scarlett.

Soulbound (Bound by Desire #1)
What did they mean? I knew who I was, didn't I? I was Rosalia Mallory, a girl left on the doorstep of our town's foster agency to find a new home. From there I went through three homes before at the age of 16 instead of having to live in the group home I secured enough money to, along with the money the foster carers were given for me, to buy an apartment building. Alongside a job bartending and waitressing I had enough money to attend college and am currently studying Religion and Mythology, Creative writing and Art. Just a normal teenage girl with a normal life. But at the same time, I'm not. Who am I? Seems like the most cliché question a teenager can ask right? Except when your missing months, if not years, of your life suddenly that seemingly simple question takes on a whole new meaning. After all, if you don't know your whole past how can you answer that for yourself?Terminé

Blind Angel of Wrath (The Blind Sleuth Mysteries 2)
Swinging London in 1967. A man approaches the now middle-aged Daisy and makes demands she cannot ignore. He is a desperate father whose fifteen-year-old daughter -- a hippie girl -- has disappeared without a trace a year before. The police is powerless, or indifferent, or both. "You must help me to find her, Daisy Hayes. And you know why I'm asking you? It's because I know that you're a real killer." This is not so much a crime mystery as a thriller. And thrillers can be brutal. Be warned. On the other hand, most thrillers are also morality tales at heart, and so is this one.Terminé

Once a Missing Child
(WARNING: This book contains being in a manipulative relationship so just be aware of that if it bothers you) Addison May thinks that her life is nothing but perfect. She has her loving guardian Layla who is like the mother she never had and Layla's son, Blake, who is her boyfriend. It had never crossed her mind that her life was strange to others. She thought the overprotectiveness and the angry moments if she asked for something or made a friend was normal for every kid. Addison never questioned her life until her dream raised them for her. In her reoccurring dream she gets lost and taken away by a stranger which always left Addison feeling like she had left something behind. But when she hears a name being called out in her dream and later hears the same one in a news report about a girl who was missing Addison begins to question her life and the two main people in it before she realized she had to get away from them. So Addison embarks on a journey across the country with her new friend Jace to find out where she really came from. But Layla has other plans for her. (This is an original story and belongs to me. I did make the book cover myself but I do not own the photograph I had used for it.)Terminé
Mount Haven
Prologue: The Letter That day went like any other. I parked my mom's old Ford Escape in the driveway. I had just gotten off work, and it was my last day. Before I walked into the house, I grabbed the mail. A cool breeze whipped past me. I began to look through the mail, like routine and headed inside. There was a cream-colored envelope with big blocky letters saying "Arielle Lancaster." Which would be acceptable only if it wasn't from a place I've never heard of before. "Mount Haven"... might be a scam. Right? The lettering looks like something from the government. Curiosity washed over me, and I opened it. I walked inside to see my parents were gone. I shrugged it off and headed to my room. My eyes began to skim the letter. "To the next of kin of Leah Fletcher," The letter began. Who is that? My eyes jumped to the next thing to catch my eye. "You now fully own 1582 Everest Drive, Mount Haven, Maine. You will need to come and take care of this property." My eyes then jumped to the bottom of the letter. "If you have any questions, please contact me at 723-356-7891." I grabbed my phone. My body began to shake. "Hello?"I asked.Terminé
Hunted and Abducted
\\THIS IS MY FIRST BOOK. I started writing it forever ago and it's sort of short. So sorry about that.// "So when can I leave," I asked. He took a big breath, "You aren't leaving." "What?" "You can't leave, Malia. You're staying here, with me." I never knew how much of an impact words could have on you, until now. I wanted out, I needed out. What is this, a dream? "This is all a dream," I said as I closed my eyes," Malia this is all a dream." But my kidnapper in front of me and the pain that was ,without a doubt, in my shoulder told me otherwise. - - Malia is a , more or less, typical high school girl. She has her crushes and her best friends. Her parents don't pay much attention to her though. What happens when someone walks into her life and flips her world upside down forever? \\ I'm not good at descriptions. I promise the book is better than the description of it.//Terminé
