SUMMARY
Matthew is an adolescent teenager that is annoyingly stuck in a world of the superficial, high-flying and money-driven social classes. He has an IQ beyond 150, and the knack to deal with any challenges that come his way, while he is known to be quirky and a tad odd. In his private schooling he is somehow popular in a less conventional manner and is well known particularly with the girls. All of this of course is unintentional since Matthew dislikes being in the cluster of attentional seeking 'f-wits'. To escape from the dullness of the rich, boring and daily cloned acquaintances (including his own family), he spends most of his time working to produce the all new high with his geek talents in chemistry and combined tech savvy. Matthew has only one 'friend' amongst the masses and interestingly enough no girl has ever been able to catch his attention (since the 'hot ones' possess no substance, as he likes to put it).
He was somewhat bored and yet quite comfortable in his normal routine, creating his own unique mixture of modified 'weed' and drug-like 'highs'. Things were about to change in a way Matthew could never have imagined, being drawn unexpectedly into the Land of Three when 'she' comes literally crashing into his life. From then on he is no longer bored nor overwhelmed because this new acquaintance gives his brain far more stimulation than he can handle for a life time. He becomes enthralled and enchanted in the horrific and yet interestingly mind-boggling new world. For the first time Matthew is drawn to someone who finally catches his attention, as he battles demons, seekers, monsters, and things he cannot even describe. But he is unsure if this new-found attention is being sustained by this new world or by her.

But now that timid girl he once knew is a cold, aloof, and brutally blunt woman. (First attempt at a story, the first few chapters suck in my opinion, please give criticism.)

A wave of electricity went down to my core when he licked my lips. "Open your mouth, Bella." His commanding husky voice against my lips jolted my heart, and I followed his order like a slave. With no control, a moan erupted from my throat as his tongue met mine. It was barely audible, but I knew he heard it when he smiled against my lips. He swept my hair from my face to my back and gathered them in his fist. He tugged my head back, deepening the kiss, and my heart thrashed in my chest. At that moment, I didn't need drugs to know what being high felt like because his lips were enough to send me on nine clouds. Just once and I was addicted to it.
