Have you ever imagined what would happen if your whole world was a lie? If your friends and family are nothing more than some idea, dreamed up by someone else? That you aren't the person you thought you were?

They came by the thousands. Just scooping up people in the streets and carrying them away in their ships. It was like the movies, you know the kind. Alien abductions taking people into their ships and doing scientific tests on them, then leaving them naked in a field the next day. It was almost exactly like that. Except these abductors were our kind and they weren't returning their victims. They wanted to take our lives away. And they did.

Rain was a queen, before she woke up in a world much different from the one she had knew. One of the four million people that did, she found herself on a ship controlled by a group of rebels called The Team. The rebel group, led by Buck Withers, a sarcastic yet soft man who had escaped the abductions, is preparing for war. War against their very own race. Her entire life being a lie, Rain has to decide whether to join them, or fight them.

Who is the enemy? Who is the friend? Is she even there, or is the new world she's woken up in just another illusion?
