The switch

The year is 2045 and a terrorist organization called 'Control' has bombed the United states. The US is in ruins and people on the streets are barely surviving with Control soldiers everywhere, ready to kill any remaining survivors. Lucille Kingsley, nicknamed Luce; is the fourteen year old daughter of a top secret Spy agency CEO and has been a trained fighting machine since she was four. Luce keeps her younger brother Nicolas, and herself safe from the soldiers on the destroyed streets of Portland, travelling from place to place, avoiding the soldiers and even crazed, starving cannibals. Then one night, Luce hears of a thing called 'The switch' while invading a Control headquarters base one night. Although initially unsure, Luce believes the switch is a device that when activated, could be a great advantage to the remaining allies around the world barely holding on. Luce decides to travel halfway across the world, into the heart of the Control territory deep in the middle east, to try and save the losing fight against the terrorists who managed to take down America. But even Luce has her limits and this may be a task too big for one young girl who doesn't even have the slightest clue as too what the switch actually does!
