Danny Frankenstein is a mad scientist.  Perhaps he's even madder than his great-great-great-great uncle, who tried to create life from a mere fantasy and ended up creating a monster.  However, Daniel is using cold, hard science.  He will not fail, not like his foolish late uncle.
But when words gets out Danny's trying to complete his uncle's unfinished business by re-creating the bride of Frankenstein, people start to dust off their old torches and pitchforks.  Now on the run, Danny chooses to protect Frankie at all costs, as he watches, in horror, as she develops a mind of her own, and watches in even deeper horror as he starts to fall in love with it.
