Dan and phil are best friends but little does dan know that phil is actually really sick and once dan admits his love for phil,thinks brighten up Phil's world and months later,his sickness gets worse and he has to go back home,dan can't contact him for 24 hours then when the 24 hours are up,dan calls phils parents home and takes a train to him but what he finds will make you sad.
