Well, that's the plan anyway, it's a lot easier said than done. So, as I've decided to stop wallowing in self-pity and actually start living my life, I'm writing a list of all the rules I need to follow in order to overcome my anxiety. It might be difficult, sure, but really, what's the worst that can happen? **side note: this is not an actual guide on how to cure anxiety. This is just fictional work and I do apologize if I offend someone that does actually have this illness, so please do tell me if I need to sort something out with my storyline or characters. Of course this is just one character who has anxiety and there are many symptoms and there are many different ways anxiety is shown so again, if my characters aren't properly 'fitting the role' (I guess??
