The difference between praise and worship is that praise is exhorted out of you, in other words it is like giving praise to someone or something. However, worship flows out of you when the spirit of god is upon you. A pastor down in Georgia once said that you can't be sad and praise god at the same time, can't be depressed and praise god at the same time, can't be suicidal and praise god at the same time. You can't surrender to your enemies where things are going bad. It reminds me of a seed, where after it has received the enough nutrients, it pops up from the ground and blooms into a beautiful flower. If the plant didn't give up and the trees didn't give up and the grass didn't give up then you shouldn't dare give up because god is on your side. Just have a little faith and everything will work out alright.
