She grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and had a good life until her father died. She had a practically perfect relationship with him. When he died, her mother became depressed and started being cruel to Barit. When Barit turned 16 (the summer after her dad died), she vowed to move somewhere else. She decided to just drive. And she did. All the way into Jason’s arms. All the way into his Universe.
He grew up in Grapevine and eventually moved away from his parents with him money from YouTube. When he was driving home from Dallas one day, he ran into Barit, just waiting on the side of the road with her car broken down. He took her in and drove her back to his house. Sidetracked, he let her stay with him until she got settled. Little did he know he would start falling for this girl.
