The crowd roared as the winner's name was announced and the upbeat music from both bands' albums started playing throughout the arena. Both bands stared at the announcer on stage in shock as they took in the chaos around them. Only one thing had managed to enter their thoughts: Had they just won?
The shy brunette, the obnoxious girl with funky hair, the flirty brunette, and the girl that was a little bit of all of the other three stared out into the crowd; None of them could actually believe that they, four girls from small towns across the US, were standing on a stage, staring out into the mass of fans that were all screaming their names. The shy brunette could feel tears gathering in her brown eyes as she whispered the one thing that was on all of their minds, "We did it."
