Don't take me away

I watched quietly from the passenger seat of the van as the young girl kicked and screamed in distress as John and Charles tried to take her.
“Let me go! You stupid jerks!” she yelled in her slight British accent, “What are you doing? Let me go NOW!” I eventually just drowned out her silly cries for freedom.
