Once Upon a Timenisn't the way this story goes. A teenage girl lost her best friend due to unfortunate circumstances and has been learning how to deal with it ever since. Going to school is a battle and she is letting her past define her future. Things start to look up for Alexis Haddick when she gets selected to join a group of professionals on an archeological dig. Hocus pocus gets thrown into the mix, and she begins an adventure all her own. Her past was dark, her future looks better, but the present is what decides that.
