What if everyone was put on this earth for a reason? What if a higher power controlled everything? Not directly, but through the thoughts and actions of a select few people who were given the knowledge to stop tragedies, control fates, and save lives? Emmelyne Ravyn is one of these people. Her charge is a wayward young man named Brendyn Sidney. At the opening of the book, Emmelyne finds herself drowning in drugs and alcohol, and worst of all, head over heels in love with Brendyn.
