Jesse Adams, or Jes for short is your average tomboy teenager, right? Wrong, Born in America, she lost her parents when she was younger due to an accident that makes her what she is now, mute, and a true tomboy. She is very smart for her age and gets accepted into the Ouran Academy in Japan. Sad thing is, she can't speak Japanese nor does she have a place to stay. That's where Haruhi Fujioka comes in. She and her dad, Ranka, allows her to stay with them, due to a foreign student thingy. But soon after she starts school again, she gets sucked up into the crazy Host Club skits!
