Hello, my name is Crystal and I am a wizard. I go to Nastoya, School of Magic. I'm kindof a loner and a bit of a magic nerd. If you asked people to describe me a few weeks ago you might get something like: weird, creepy, freak and who? Now, you might hear something like: hero, I want to be her friend and best wizard ever.
	I'm not some kind of freak of nature, I don't come from some other dimension, I am 100% human, just with magical powers. Everybody has magic some people just have more than others. In normal people their magic may only be great health, or being wonderful guessers, or maybe they are really good at reading people. With other people who have a lot of magic, well it's up to your imagination to what they can do.
	I know what you might be thinking: I have never seen any magic let alone a magical school, and you never will unless you are evolved in magic. All over the world there are magical bubbles or portals that lead to the magic world. They might be forests, stores, or maybe under a bridge. To normal people that is all that they are but to others they are portals to the secret magic world. A world within the world; and that is how I came to Nastoya.

Crystal was just your everyday normal girl. Well pretty normal. Her parents were divorced and she lived with her mother. She was going through a goth phase and with her dad out of the picture and her mom always working, she was always getting in trouble. Then one day while she was supposed to be grounded she was walking in the woods. She ended up stumbling upon a path that lead her to a whole new world.All Rights Reserved

Melinda goes to a school in a far far away place, to a school of magic but everyone else there is as normal as normal. They learn what school kids do. The usual algebra and chemistry but they are trained with powers. The school do not teach them how to control their powers, they teach themselves. She really is one of the 6 Nypmhs of Xigix together with her not-so-cool classmates, Laurel and Jessilyn, Nymph of Elements and Nymph of the Soul. The other nymphs turn out quite stunning too. Together they are a team but will Melinda's classmate ever see who she really is and will she get accepted as someone special to them? Will she still be considered an outcast to her class? And the weirdness doesn't end here. We have to defeat a 'Dark Lord' too. He was a maniacal god who became a magician with the help of another magician. We have to kill him because if we don't then, he would kill us, which doesn't sound nice (and is a bit confusing) (*wink*). *** This is the first book of Monastasia series. The next book is "The Chained Goddess". The prequel is "Becoming A Grey Villainess". This is my first book and it may have some grammatical errors. Please point them out in comments.
