20 years ago scientists claimed they were on the verge of creating technology that would allow people to live in the skies. A few years later that goal was completed and the first batch of 'Upper Cities' were sent up into the sky. People everywhere were anxious to get out of the world that was slowly rotting away, and begin a new life in the cities. Most people. Some were left behind to live in the deteriorating world below, soon to be forgotten and looked down upon by the people above.
Well that's what I did. Look down on those below me and sometimes completely forget about them. The name's Royce Westwood, son of the owner of a billion dollar company, and now I'm stuck down here looking for a way out of this wasteland...
