Nicole Reed was abandoned by her parents when she was 8, leaving her to the streets to scavenge for herself. Now 9 years later, still living on the streets with minimal help. She then meets two men, and finds out that they are Obi-Wan Kenobi and Luke Skywalker--a handsome young man who catches Nicole's heart. When she hears of their plans of going to Alderaan for the delivery of the Rebellion, Nicole wants nothing but to tag-along. And on the way, she discovered more about her past then ever before. But it was all worth it when she started to fall in love with Luke Skywalker.
