The Empire of Claena is under siege from the north by the Silverfall Alliance and the Ancient darkness is unrelenting in its plague of all lands. The island of Morrigan, a recent member of the Empire is giving up its first tithe of troops, an honor overseen by the Lord Commander Roeland. Part of the troops are from the Order of the Black Roses, practitioners of the Fell, an arcane practice of commanding the elements.
