Gypsy, a 6-month-old puppy with a undergrowth, lives in a snow-covered village. When children reach the age of at least five, they will be granted a dog. A dog that was going to be trained to pull a sled. With all the heavy snowfall, there is only one source of transportation: Sled dogs. The puppy and the child grow up together, and soon the dog grows strong to pull the human around the village. But, Gypsy's undergrowth prevents her from getting an owner. A few other dogs that are not-wanted as well, she forms friends with. Join Gypsy through her dog-life, friends, and struggles as she looks for a human who truly loves her. It's been a year since global warming had changed the Earth. Rising temperatures caused mass evacuation of cities making them overgrown jungles of wild animals. These climate changes caused deadly viruses to be created as well as causing a change in behaviour from animals. Caroline has been 48 days without her family who was killed by a vicious group of cannibals. Now she is on her own, trying to survive. With her trusty dog, Wolf, they travel through the landscapes.
