In this story Leo and Percy are mortals. Both their mothers died when they were young and their fathers left. They both live with their abusive step-fathers in a conjoined house.
What will happen when a certain set of siblings *cough*Nico and Hazel *cough* appear at their school? Will they be able to keep it a secret? Or will the truth come out?

Beach House (Percy Jackson/Heros Of Olympus)
Piper's dad has a cabin on the beach and allows her and her friends to visit for a couple weeks during summer break. In an attempt to "act like normal people", Piper decides no one is allowed to use their powers. Everyone struggles to follow this rule, and Percy and Jason have an additional struggle of trying to charm Nico into falling in love with them (which, unbeknownst to them, he already has). They all do vacation stuff like surfing, hiking, swimming, and board games, and there was an attempt to drink alcohol and party. It's been just over a year since the end of the Giant War. Percy and Annabeth have completed high school and are preparing to move to New Rome to continue their lives. The Life After Tartarus
If you haven't read House of Hades yet this will be a little confusing and will contain spoilers. Percy and Annabeth had gotten out of Tartarus and are now continuing their quest to Mt.Olympus. The original one in Greece. But everything isn't back to normal yet. Percy and Annabeth are still recovering from their journey in Tartarus causing them to grow distant which leads to even more ways for Gaea to play with. Leo is still struggling on finding Calypso and is sure that he will never find him. Nico is also confused about his relationship with Percy and what he will do. Nico Reyna and Coach Hedge continue their journey back to Camp Half blood. Together these two groups of half bloods will bring peace to the ongoing feud between the Roman and Greek demigods and decide whether they will continue living in their home planet or if it will be conquered by evil, ending their lives forever. Note that I don't own the Heroes of Olympus series. This goes to Rick Riordan. heck if I was writing the series it wouldn't be nearly as good As Uncle Rick's though I would've probably put a lot less teasing and torture :).
