Masses swarm under the safety of the Earth as radiation beats down from the solar flares. Cities built under hundreds of feet made of bedrock, provide just enough to sustain the peace. But all comes at a cost, the governments must be repaid. Control and order is inflicted on the citizens; a curfew was put up, everyone's movements were recorded and crime was a thing of the past.
Everyone knows, you can't stop an idea once it is implanted in the mind. The Government knows this too. They used to their advantage. The 'Personal Intelligence Pack' was introduced.
Everyone lost the will to escape, they accepted their place in the chain of being, they didn't put up a fight.

They had all agreed that living on a sustainable earth was plausible, but knew that the fight was far from over. But, the fight had to be over soon, because if they did not stop it very soon, they'd be on brink of no return. Of getting up from their place they'd been calling home for 3.4 eons, and finally colonizing another planet. But, they could not, because they knew it would still take them months, and months to get all the supplies, and even then, the supplies wouldn't be enough to host everyone on earth. Some had to be executed, or left behind, waiting for their doom. Their decision? Only the top 1% leave earth to try and colonize another planet. Everyone else would die on what would be known as Sileo Day, which was to happen in less then 24 hours. Some could try and escape, but it would be no use. Or, would it?Complete
