Deep in the meadow is where the Mellark family can live safe from harm, safe from danger, and especially, safe from the games.
President Snow is dead. His family is dead. And the Capitol will learn to live equally with the districts. But as we know from the rebellion Katniss triggered, it only takes one person to make a huge change, and that change may not always be for the better.
What the districts don't know, is that the Capitol's head thaumaturge survived the rebellion and isn't happy about the changes that Katniss made.
He wants the Capitol to be the head of Panem again. He wants things to be like they used to. But what he really wants, is to get the games back. To become President of Panem. To rule just like his role-model, president Snow.
But first, he has to get rid of the person that killed his President, killed his daughter, and got rid of the games. Katniss. And that includes her family.

After Snow Falls
The Capitol has fallen and all of President Snow's supporters have scattered. Many await their fate at the hands of an angry public or the scheming of their past colleagues. But Charasija Snow has a different fate. As the granddaughter of the late President Snow, the most hated man in the country, her parents had but two choices. Hijacked (An Everlark Fanfic) (Plot twist/After Mockingjay story)
This story is based off a mini plot twist, but otherwise this is just an After Mockingjay story. The plot twist is basically that Katniss didn't kiss Peeta when they were in the Capitol during the Rebellion, and how it would effect Peeta's recovering, since that is obviously taking it a step back. --- Katniss is broken, tortured, and she has lost almost everyone she ever took a second to care about. Almost. Peeta is still alive, but also still hijacked. Will Katniss find a way to cure Peeta, and get him to come back to her? And how does their future, after the Rebellion, look?
