Nobody really knows me. I don't want them to. Pretty much I party, I skate, I tag, then move to a new state every few months. Everyone in the modeling bis calls me Mia, because most of the time I'm MIA. They don't know what I've done, where I've been or who I really am. What happens when she finally has enough of being the shy, depressed, guilt filled, daydreamer girl that she changed herself into. What happens when she has to transfer to the same school as her best friend Jacob who's in the same friend group as the schools "bad" boy who's also dating the worst bully she's ever had. Like a sunflower will she blossom to her full beauty or will she stay in her shell read to find out. Possible abuse, smut, drugs, self harm, sexual assault, smoking, cursing, dirty but not nude pictures and more. I've always been known as the "nice girl" ever since I was a child. Now I've definitely done some not so nice things in my life, but overall I suppose I am a good person. I mean, I've dated the same guy since the sixth grade, I usually do whatever I'm told, and I'm there for my friends at all times. However, my polite manners and optimistic attitude is tested by a jerk, who happens to move into the same house I'm temporarily living in. To keep from going insane while being around him and going through other challenging circumstances, I've come up with rules to help get through life. I just hope they work against my newest enemy, Damien Stavros.

Life as a child was amazing. Your weight didn't matter. Your clothes didn't matter. Your parents money didn't matter. All that mattered was who you were going to play with, but that's all gone now. My sister hates me, my mom has no time for me, and my dad, well he left me. My life has been one whirlwind after another. Except I'm content with it, till it all comes crashing down. Every television, billboard, and magazine is covered with models. Models that are supposed to be role models, for us. Perfect face, perfect body, perfect life. I have none of those things. All my life I've never cared that I was over weight, and didn't wear makeup. Who knew a boy could change all of that? That's when I decided to starve myself, force myself to look like the girls in the magazines. Who knew all I was doing was slowly killing myself? A girl who has been called chubby her whole life. By everyone. She wants to be a model; thinking it might make her pretty and people would stop calling her names and laughing at her for thinking she had a career in modeling. So she applies to a modeling school. The best in town. Her dream is to be a model. Yet, she is brutally rejected when she applies which completely shatters her heart. Her parents never supported her. So after she's rejected, instead of consoling her; they criticize her even more. She never really had friends to begin with; and now that the news of being rejected from the modeling school spread, no one would even look at her in a friendly way. She was mocked. She was bullied. The words kept changing. From chubby to fat. From stupid to worthless With the excessive amount of bullying, she fell into depression. Hard. She stopped eating. One day they pushed me into my locker and I had to be taken to the hospital for stitches. Just recently, I was walking up to my house and they ran in front of me and pushed me down the stairs. That's how I broke my leg. If they were ask me, I would proudly say that I stuck up for Kayla. More people should have.
