Brookfield Sinclair is a spy-in-training. Although her mother is one of the most renowned spies in the world, Brookfield is...well, below average. One day, a boy named Salamander comes out of the blue to train her. Salamander is arrogant, presumptuous, and full of himself. Brookfield can't stand him...until she starts to pay attention. He didn't come out of the blue, and turning Brookfield into a world-class spy is not his only goal.
