Sometimes there is obstacles in life that will challenge us and it's our choice to decide whether to face it head on or run from it. 

From sunny, bright California where Dakota had friends, a boy, festivals and drugs to blistering hot Texas where she has... Well not much of anything. She's bitter, moody, and aggressive now and just really doesn't care. Find out what exactly changed her and what dark and unattractive secrets she may have.

Dakota Lane has many decisions to make at this point in her life that are influenced by the choices she's made in her past. Will she run from everything or will she face it all?


A/N: I decided to create a story that was raw and had real, serious problems that faced the characters I've created. There will be very colorful language and scenarios that may not be for the faint of heart so here's my warning to you now:

If you don't like cursing,  steamy sexual situations, drug use, or violence, this story isn't for you.
