I felt the world spin around me. Did that really just happen. I pressed against his chest trying to get him off of me when I heard a breath of shock behind me. He pulled away from me, and looked absolutely petrified, but I can't blame him. I was too. "Max. Hold on. It's not what is looks like." I said standing up from the couch, my legs wobbly and weak. "Bullshit." He said throwing the bag down, and speed walking out the door. I ran after him, and he slammed the door in my face. I was taken back from the sudden action, and felt him come up behind me. "Don't just let him cool down-" I cut him short by spinning around. "Just..... don't." I said opening the door, and running out into the freezing rain.
