Why Don't You Pick On Someone Your Own Size is a short story about a short freshman that is amazing at basketball, but the coach won't even let him try out because of his height! (5"1) During lunch-break he, Tommy decides to go shoot some hoops with the team. They all pick on him about his height and won't let him play. Three months later Tommy has a grow spurt and is 5 foot 7 still growing! What happens when Tommy decides to go shoot some hoops now?
