The atmosphere sparkles with joy and serenity with a little bit of acidity. The city is in a festive mood even though it's a slow growing landslide towards poverty and hunger.
They need help in order to survive with a hemisphere still not explored. The land of wealth or the living hell?
A team of explorers arrive at the city from their previous project from the wilderness. Lead by a person notorious for his weird ideals, will they solve the planet Arceus's problem?
