Gerard's life was wonderful, he was surrounded by a bright and colourful world, and shared it all with the love of his life. He was living a life other people only dreamed of, finding his soulmate early in life and getting to spend the rest of their lives together. Then one fateful day the colours faded away, and Gerard was left with a broken heart, a black and white world, and hatred for the colours he could no longer see.

Years after the tragic day, Gerard catches sight of something, something he hadn't seen in five years. The bright hazel eyes of a handsome stranger passing on the street. This sends Gerard on a frantic search for answers to questions he never thought to ask and more importantly, his new soulmate.
