Brandon. A very successful student that has a very good record, contemplates the livings of everyday problems. Brandon was very talented, in numerous ways may I add, but he never really fit in, he was never a "cool kid". He was just Brandon. Some kids liked him for it, although he himself wasn't exactly happy with himself. He needed to understand why everything was the way it was. Why popularity was so important, why he himself could be so gifted, but never appreciated for it. Now of course he never thought this, but it's what is true.
Another thing, and this thought dwelled on him almost all the time. There was a girl, the girl. He had obviously fell for her, but, the relationship was strange.. It left him thinking and pondering everything..
This story is basically about an 8th grader, named Brandon, who, unexpectedly figures out, why everything is the way it is. It may sound cliche, but this book is very connecting, and also
It is real
