Trouble has set into New York when Ruby, an escaped experiment, shows up at the doorstep of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle's hideout. Shredder is at his old tricks once again and will not rest until he has won. Ruby is on his list of those he wants disposed of. She and the turtles set out to stop the mad man and struggle through challenges that most people can't even think of.
