When the Vampires swarmed in from... Wherever they came from, the whole town lived in constant fear of who would be taken next. Would it be someone close to them? They took over all of the biggest houses and churches, and made them their own. The vampires were a pompous bunch, with slicked hair, nice clothes, and lots and lots of power. A few months after the vamps had settled in, another terror struck. The werewolves appeared vicious, certainly a worse death than that from a vampire. With their wolf forms being as big as horses just about, and their human forms being tattooed and dressed in black, people cowered from them. Even more so than from the vampires, who were growing angrier and angrier by the day. The vampires and the werewolves grew to be the worst of enemies, and still are to this day.

For fifteen years now Werewolves have been known to man, well they've literally taken over. You could say the humans didn't take their existence very well. After 'The War' towns, cities and districts have been divided into territories that would house a pack lead by an Alpha. A person with power who should be obeyed by humans and Weres alike. The Beast
Who's hunting who exactly ? Not in anyone's wildest dreams, not even in mine I'd dream of this night to happen to me. Wolfless, Mateless, Voiceless
Harmony Maddison, the average werewolf 15 year old going onto 16, at this time she is supposed to shift, but didn't. Her pack- her family become bullies and she feels like she's been degraded to the omega, until one day, a small group of 3 new were wolfs show up at her school to whisk her away to a happier place, or so they thought. A murderous pack trespassed onto their land and took one after another down, soon enough, Harmony was surrounded by blood of her friends, lifeless bodies surrounded her. She was kept alive but not for pleasant reasons as the alpha of the murderous pack, Alpha Dominic decided to keep her as a punching bag for his anger. She becomes malnourished, weak and mute. After about 2 and a half years of dealing with this Alpha Dominic someone whisks her away again as her second mate as she was rejected before. They have their ups and downs but nothing is compared to what they have in stored, the new roller coaster they must ride to have a happily ever after, if you can call it that. I know the book starts slow, that's how I wanted it to be, to build to the exciting parts. It may be a drag, I know but it'll be worth it when the book speeds up with the roller coaster that Harmony has to ride, so to speak. Give it time and it'll spike your interest. 7 years ago, an infection spread throughout Earth's population. Many were turned into what can only be described as a zombie. The cause of this infection? Vampires. Vampires have been trying to take over the Earth for centuries. They faced many problems, the main one being their lack of numbers. Turning humans is a dangerous process for both the humans and vampires. The vampires hired scientists to create a synthetic venom to turn humans into vampires. Their first prototype was tested prematurely. It gave the human test subjects extreme speed and strength for 1 hour. They escaped and infected hundreds. The infection spread and mutated till the Earth was overrun by different kinds of hungry human - eating zombies. Vampires aren't the only supernatural creatures. Most of the others have gone into hiding, trying to wait it out. Werewolves, however, are the mortal enemies of vampires. They have formed a guard that protects humans day and night.
