The Little Death

The Little Death: love Before All is Lost, is a slice of life story about two high-level executives with an intertwined past who is in denial about their mutual unrequited love for each other. An extended business trip forces the co-workers to confront their feelings but ultimately results in a fallout. While in South Korea, Amieri starts an affair with her colleague's ex Jongin, after a wild night out on the town with the attractive stranger and her best friend, Mary. The story takes an unexpected turn when Jongin, Kyungsoo's ex, decides to take revenge for something that happened in the past. Still, his plans backfire when he accidentally develops real feelings for Amieri. Amieri is unaware of Jongin's connection to Kyungsoo, decides that ending her relationship with Jongin before returning to Seattle is best, but secretly keeps in contact with Jongin for reasons she cannot express. While mending her relationship with her fiancé and honoring her familial duties, her life is further complicated by her best friend, Mary's constant reminders of parental rights. Kyungsoo tries to rekindle his broken relationship with Jongin, but he was rudely caught off guard when he observes Jongin and Amieri kissing at a significant event. Kyungsoo is left with so many unanswered questions when tragedy strikes, leaving both his love interest in critical condition.
