The temper of a demon and the strength to match. Those words best describe young Brute. Brute has no memory of his past and almost no feelings but anger. But now at the age of 19 he knows one thing- If you're good at something, never do it for free. After spending the majority of his life being trained in the art of destruction, Brute now sells his skills as a hired gun. Taking contracts from anyone who he knows will pay good, Brute takes his anger out on his targets, be it drug dealers, abusive family members, corrupt politicians and everything in between. Life is good for young Brute until one contract goes awry. After arriving at the designated location, Brute is abducted and experimented on. Once the experiments are complete, Brute begins to notice things. At will, he can transform himself into a truly nightmarish creature: A humanoid lizard with more than double the strength, speed and numerous other powers that were once thought to be found within the pages of a comic book. Now contracts are easier than ever! Until he notices a gangster change into some sort of mutant like him! Now Brute must find and kill the creators of these mutants before they unleash a whole army upon the city of Edmonton!
