Demons.
Just the word itself send chills down your spine. The creature's known for being ruthless, evil, deceiving, liar, and much more. They serve their King with loyalty, but only for their king and their own kind, but not to others.
Their jobs are to make human's nightmare come to life. They stalk children, scare them in the dark, give them nightmares, and make them come to life.
If you see a Demon, run. If you're lucky enough, they'll let you go, but if you're not, you're already dead.
Angels.
The exact opposite of Demons. Loyal, loving, gentle, caring, anything positive that you can think of. They serve only for their God, their King, and no one else.
Their job is to give hope to humans on Earth, and guide them to Heaven, and not to Hell.
If you're lucky enough, you'll see an Angel, and once you see them, you cannot get your eyes off them, and you'll never forget them.
They are truly the most beautiful creatures ever created, well, that's what the rumours said.
And the rumours also said, opposites do attract, right?

We have written all 7 books already for series one (including a prequel about how they met as teenagers and what really happened that dreadful night they were separated in this life). We also started a series 2, and a spin off where they are never separated that night and had to run away without knowing demons were after them or even that they existed. From the second you're in this world they tell you what is fair. What questions your allowed to ask and the ones you can never dare say. I find it damn near funny that most of you are reading this and know exactly what I mean. They put you on the path they've paved for you as kids we don't question it or even wonder if it's right for you. But beyond your paths edges is a land made up of risks and dangers.
