The wishes that the Wishers wish for are granted by a being called the Writer of Fate or the Writer. Who knew that one wish could affect everything and maybe nothing at all. The world is so big that does one person and his or her wish really matter?

But they are also magically powerful, and the King of Rosas knows this. The great sorcerer King Magnifico founded Rosas with the sole purpose of harvesting this power. His people, when they turn 18, give him their wishes in exchange they get to live in a safe, beautiful, and prosperous kingdom completely for free. And once a year, a lucky citizen may have their wish granted, returning back to whole. However giving up a wish is a difficult thing.
