Aylin has lived as an unwelcome burden her entire life. When she finally finds out the truth of who she is, she makes a rash decision to sneak into the Choosing. There, she is chosen to be a Dragon Knight.

As she grows, she is met with skepticism regarding her parentage, opposition from those who believe she "stole" her knightship, and, more oppressively, expectation for her to be "just like her father" and a constant comparison to him. Yet somehow, in the midst of these struggles, she makes friends and finds those who will accept her for who she is, famous or not.

Behind the scenes, war is marching. While Aylin is struggling to find her place in the world, the peace that the Dragon Knights hold in place throughout the Six Lands is being threatened. Those who would rule the peaceful lands with tyranny and oppression are joining forces, and there are rumors that they have found dragons of their own.

32 parts Complete

A retelling of the Hades and Persephone myth, a story of fate, the struggle for power, and love found in the most unexpected places. ***** Persephone has been raised in Olympus all her life - her mother absent, her father a cruel king, with her siblings teaching her all they know. She has seen all of what the gods and goddesses do and she is sick of it. When she learns her safety is threatened by staying in Olympus, she flees to the Underworld. There she stays until she learns that her leaving has caused the world to wilt. But leaving behind her newfound friends and Lady of the Underworld is something she will not do willingly, no matter the consequences.
