The Tanaga is a type of Filipino micro-poem, consisting of four lines with seven syllables, with rhyme patterns ranging between dual rhyme forms: AABB, ABAB and ABBA, and freestyle rhyme schemes such as AAAB, BAAA and ABCD.

Definition: A Micro Poet, whilst not small in appearance, the artistic work they produce is small in size, but can be big in impact. Steve's style of poetry is rather unique, it combines story telling with the art of rhyming. His poems range from the flippant silly rhyme, to something that will stand the test of time, some are short and neat, others quite incomplete, in that there is no conclusion, others are rather like a magicians illusion.
