I don't remember when things started to shift, but they did. Maybe it was homecoming night when Christian Martinez started a conversation with me. Maybe it was the day after when he kissed me. Maybe it was two weeks later when he pulled me aside and whispered, "I love you Anna." Or maybe it was long before my Christian days. But something shifted and things changed and I was no longer the girl who everyone loved and everyone wanted to be. I was the one they all laughed at and no longer with. I became the girl who is.
