I confidently walked toward my favorite store (Starbucks) with my walking stick.
"Chelsea wait," my mum called to me with a loud voice.
"No, you hurry up," I screamed back at her but with a smile.
I took my walking stick and started poking at the ground until I fell face forward toward the concrete ground.
"Oh brother" I whispered to myself as I was trying to get up.
That going to leave bruises. I kneeled to the ground and started patting the ground for my walking stick. While I was looking I felt some footsteps toward me.
"Can you help me mum? I'm sorry, I'll never leave you again," I said very apologetically.
I heard a voice clear, a very deep one.
"Uh..." I said a little confused.
"Do you need help getting up?" The deep voice person asked me.
"Yeah," I said quietly but it was loud enough for him to hear.
I searched for his hand and then grabbed it. The person's strong and surprisingly smooth hand pulled up to my feet.
"Thanks," I said while brushing my skirt to get the dirt off.
"Yep."
"My names CoCo," I said while putting my hand it front for him to shake it.
"My names Xavier," he said with his thick deep voice while shaking my hand.

I ran after him, my vision getting blurry as my tears began to flow. He kept banging on the back window of the car, shouting things I couldn’t get because it was too muffled. I could see his eyes wide with fear and worry, and it made me cry more. But, because I was not born for running, it didn’t take too long for me to get tired. Kai quickly noticed that, the same time I saw those tears that gleamed at the corner of his eyes. “Kai! Don’t leave me! Kai!” I yelled, sobbed as my legs refused to move faster. “KAI, PLEASE! COME BACK! KAI!” For some reason, I knew that that would be the last time I would see him, so I willed myself to continue running even if it would kill me. When I saw him shifting away from the window, I almost lost hope, thinking that he listened to his parents and would really stop befriending me. But then I saw him again. He moved so fast and swift that he managed to open a side window before his parents could stop him. “Please don’t cry, princess! I will come back and find you!” His parents tried again to remove him from the window, but he almost hugged the edges for dear life just so they couldn’t. “YOU HAVE TO PROMISE YOU WILL WAIT FOR ME, RILEY!” “I promise!” A sob escaped from the back of my throat, so I gulped the huge lump that formed in it, and shouted with all the energy left in me, “I WILL WAIT FOR YOU!
