Four girls, all from America but all different races. Iyonna Hale and Remy Mendler are Caucassian/White, Briaunna Johnson is African-American/Black, and Sabrina Castillo is Latina/Hispanic. They've known each other since babies in diapers. They decided to make up a singing group. Even though Sabrina's a full-time teen mother to her son, Aaron, she still makes time for her best friends. Everyday they make a new song for their album they're creating.
When a new boy, Chase Duncan, comes along. The whole Girl Group likes him all except Sabrina. When Chase chooses Sabrina, all of her friends become disgusted with her and stop talking to her. All except one friend, Briaunna.
Will Briaunna be able to convince Remy and Iyonna that they have nothing to worry about? Will Sabrina stop going out with Chase just to get her friends back?
