'The Angel'.
A feared assassin who earned his name by painting a beautiful pair of angels wings at every kill site. And also because no-one can say he even exists. The only traces he leaves that shows he's on this planet, are corpses. No-one knows where he lives or who he works for. 
But what they do know is that he's one fucked up person.
The Government.
Everyone knows the government and the government knows everybody. Well, that's what they think. The government thinks they've got 'The Angel' all worked out.
Okay, they hope they've got him all worked out, even though they have no idea what he looks like, or even what his name is.
But one thing they do know, is that they want him.
