Ashley Sierra Smith, also widely known as Ash, is mistaken as mute, but really she's just keeps to herself, choosing to be silent. Ash's "selective mutism" occurred a year after her mother's death when she was nine, and for 6 years hasn't uttered a word. So for that reason, her father hasn't given her a break. Wanting to make her busy in hopes to help her get past the pain of losing her mother, it's always lessons this, tutors that, classes everywhere, and hobbies in between.
Now her father moves the family across the country to enroll her in the toughest school in America: Bullworth Academy. Well more like force to go, but being the obedient child she is, goes without complaining, not like she says anything anyways.
There she meets quite the rebellious teen, James "Jimmy" Hopkins; the school's girliest boy, Pete "Petey" Kowalski; and the infamous sociopath, Gary Smith. And with all these troublesome cliques that taint the school, it seems the word break permanently removes itself from Ash's vocabulary.
Or will the Bullworth's students be just the break Ash so desperately needs?

******* Please spare my gentle soul, for you see, this is my very first story/fanfiction. Although I do appreciate some critiquing.*******
"You are really stupid you know that? How can you not know what 2x2 is? " He smirks.
"Just leave me alone! I am not stupid." I yell, beginning to shed tears, feeling weak and stupid as he just told me.
