Fading- surviving a broken mind and a fractured heart in the never ending game of mental illness. This is a memoir about my own experiences through sexual assault, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and anorexia. Its been a long and crazy past, but somehow I've been managing to make it through. I'd like to share my story to show others you aren't alone. Rape victims, girls and boys with eating disorders, people with crippling anxiety and depression- I promise you, you aren't alone and you'll never be. You can make it through this world too. I promise.

Restrict. Binge. Repeat. That was all she knew. That was all she did. And she wasn't planning on stopping anytime soon. --- Sunny, a seventeen-year-old girl, hummed to herself quietly as she took out a stick of gum. Her black earbuds emitted music as she searched up the calories to the candy her mom gave her earlier. She tilted her head as she saw the number. It was workable. She wouldn't go over her calorie limit. She put her phone away, and for a moment, for a stilling moment... she wondered if this was the pain she'll have to deal with forever just to be skinny. . . . Story includes: anorexia and binge eating. Credits to @LunarWrites__ for the cover!
